Hi, I am Isha Goyal. A graduate in Design Innovation and Interaction Design from The Glasgow School of Art. With 8.5 years of cross-industry experience, I have worked with start-ups and tech firms to build experiences that put people in the heart of the process. I have worked in the domains of e-commerce, banking, healthcare, and education, creating an impact by translating problems into opportunities.
I create experiences that are people-centered. With a design innovation outlook and an inherent optimism, I enable creative capabilities in individuals and stakeholders using collaborative methods, design thinking, and systems thinking approaches. Working as a facilitator around the table I craft insights and opportunities in multidisciplinary environments. As a designer and researcher my work helps in bringing preferable futures closer to reality by co-creating with people.
